Public Workshops

Abidian offers a full slate of Lean, Six Sigma, and Maintenance Workshops to meet your continuous improvement needs. Industry specific topics are available in Manufacturing, Healthcare, and the Service Industries. Many of our workshops can lead to potential professional certification. Our public workshops are typically offered through Florence Darlington Technical College (FDTC), and the Southeastern Institute for Manufacturing and Technology (SIMT). Working close with these non-profit organizations has allowed us to offer professional workshops as low as $200 per person per day. Our public Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belt workshops tend to be among the most competitively priced live hands-on training anywhere.

Logistics

Complimentary refreshments and lunch will be provided with most seminars and workshops. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and any other meals. Reduced rate hotels will usually be available with each workshop.

Hours will typically be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time. The 5-day and longer workshops usually run from Monday 8:00 AM to Friday noon. Please do not make travel arrangements requiring you to leave before noon on Friday. All attendees will receive a certificate acknowledging their attendance. Optional certification exams will be given at the conclusion of the workshop. Advance registration is required to take an exam. Check here for additional details about certification.

Workshop size is limited. Please make your reservations early to ensure a seat. To register, please enroll online or complete an enrollment form. The workshop fee for all attendees is due and payable in US dollars at the time of registration. An alternate may be designated at any time at no charge. Cancellations will incur a $100 handling fee. Due to limited workshop sizes, we cannot accept cancellations within three weeks of the workshop. Abidian reserves the right to cancel any workshop. Fees for the latter will be refunded in full or applied to another workshop of your choice. We regret Abidian cannot be responsible for any non-refundable travel arrangements made.
